Immediate Denture

It is indicated for emergency, immediate cases, post-surgery, especially for immediate loading in implant dentistry. Can also be present as teeth or temporary restorations. You can use soft and rigid self-curing acrylic case to case. INSTRUCTIONS: 1 .- Select the size of the prosthesis to adapt according to the oral constitution. 2 .- Test in the mouth and relieve upset if a zone. 3 .- Prepare the fabric conditioner. 4 .- Cover entirely with the surface conditioning adjustable upper denture. When the mixed material has reached the proper consistency inserted in the mouth and applying pressure, locating and determining the smile line (A), the occlusal plane (B) and the midline (C). 5 .- Perform the same preparation and fix the lower denture in occlusion (very important), gently closing the mouth to determine the vertical dimension (height). 6 .- Perform movements with the lips, tongue, jaw, soft chewing and swallowing for at least 2 minutes to facilitate better adaptation buccal and lingual. 7 .- After 10 minutes from the beginning of the procedure, check out the prosthesis and adequate coverage, particularly at the edges.
You can add additional material if necessary by repeating the above process. 8 .- Remove any excess with a sharp instrument careful not to damage the peripheral part. 9 .- You can do both steps 4 and 5, bearing in mind introducing fixed upper and lower dentures in occlusion.
