Other leaders in the 3 - Dimension - Nu Leadership Series

"Each of these people died. But he still had faith, even if it did not receive what was promised. They were happy just to see these things from afar, and it was agreed that they were only foreigners and strangers in this land."
Romans 11:13

Many organizations operate in a state of uncertainty because of the rapid changes in the market today. How can organizations afford to be incapable when forecasting for future changes? Exemplary organizations to think strategically and work in duality. The duality means to operate in two worlds, present and future. Wacker, Taylor, and means, the authors of the Handbook of the visionary, argue that organizations must operate in duality for survival, however, the nature of organizations it resists.

We analyze this biblical concept. The apostle Paul worked in duality. He worked as a tent maker, take care of personal needs. He was engaged in evangelization throughout the world and mentoring of the first churches. Yet, Paul kept his eyes on the future of Christ's return. He has done his day to day work, but kept his eyes on the ultimate goal. Similarly, many leaders are faced with the dilemma of working in a physical three-dimensional plane.

Are you ready to operate in duality, Leader? God may be calling you to action. This call usually denotes God's way of leading people to worship service. John 15: 16 reads, ". Not you who chose me I chose you and sent you out to bear fruit, the kind of fruit that will last."

Similarly, Christians working in duality. There are lots of examples. You see Jesus, a carpenter called, called to be the Savior and Paul, a carpenter, called to be the ambassador Gentile. The author of Romans 11:13 says: "Each of these people died. But he still had faith, even if it did not receive what was promised. They were happy just to see these things from afar, and have decided that were only foreigners and strangers on this earth. "Therefore, it is clear that individuals and organizations may exist in duality.
